The Santa comes to town is a very well known Christmas song, it’s creation date goes back a way.   The Santa comes to town song was written by John Frederick Coots and Haven Gillespie, it was first sung on the Eddie Cantor’s radio show in November 1934, and It became an instant hit, and caught on everywhere worldwide.

He sees you when you’re sleeping
He knows when you’re awake

Christmas in Lapland.

Santa comes to town every year for the Christmas day celebrations in Lapland. Christmas in the Nordic Countries has a long tradition in the ideal values of the home and family being in the center of Christmas.

Declaration of Christmas Peace.

There is over 600-year tradition in the South-West coast of Finland, at the city of Turku.  It is the declaration the Christmas peace.  It has been declared every year since when it begun in 1350. It was during the Swedish King Magnus the 4th.

The tradition goes like this, In the city of Turku, in southern Finland, large crowds of people gather at the main market square (Isotori) on the Christmas eve, and there have a big band playing live,and just before noon, and after the Turku Cathedral Bell strikes twelve, the Declaration of Christmas Peace is then read.

The Declaration of Christmas Peace:
“Tomorrow, God willing, is the graceful celebration of the birth of our Lord and Savior; and thus is declared a peaceful Christmas time to all, by advising devotion and to behave otherwise quietly and peacefully, because he who breaks this peace and violates the peace of Christmas by any illegal or improper behavior shall under aggravating circumstances be guilty and punished according to what the law and statutes prescribe for each and every offense separately.  Finally, a joyous Christmas feast is wished to all inhabitants of the city.”

The declaration has become a Finnish Christmas tradition, and it is broadcast over all the radio airwaves and on the TV stations. The ceremony ends with a flourish as the trumpets play the National Anthem. Also another hymn for the band to play is the, written by Martin Luther:

A Mighty Fortress is Our God.

The Christmas season for almost every child in the western world has experienced the good cheer and the festivities that the make believe belief in the Santa Claus to generously reward children that have behaved well in the  previous year. The super magic like character of Santa Claus that has unlimited powers to travel faster than the Google street view, and also knows more secrets that the NSA.

There are approx 526,000,000 Christian family kids under the age of 14 that are genuinely on the  Santa Claus  list.  But the older people and the parents also get presents, if they  celebrate Christmas on the December 25th, but may be some unknown secrets and exceptions, who would know the secrets of the Santa Claus.  So the Santa has a busy time to deliver over 21 million presents 21 million kids an hour, every hour, on the night before Christmas. That’s over 360,000 kids a minute; and about 6,000 a second.  and  when Santa Claus comes to town he really does mean business.

When will people learn from the Santa Claus example.

It has been over 2000 years since the demonstrated and prescribed solution was declared to resolve the human core problems of violence, ignorance, selfishness, greed and loss of direction in life.   The complete solution was illustrated step by step how to make a better world that is fair, unselfish and unbiased.  Now it is a matter of life choice for individuals to learn and to apply from the greatest examples of them all.  Making personal spiritual growth more important than taking away from others and especially human dignity.
